My basic principle is to be as productive as humanly possible while still remaining a human being. That is, work smart, work hard, but be yourself, and be generous. I believe in building GENUINE relationships to drive traffic and sales, NOT automated programs and spam tactics. I'll keep you up to date on social media/marketing, new technology that will affect business, ways to maximize productivity, and a dash of encouragement for good measure.
